Becca’s Spring Single “It Ain’t Love Yet” is Available Everywhere April 18th, 2022

For Immediate Release: April 18th, 2022. Vancouver, BC
Singer…..songwriter….performer….show producer Becca Hess is rooted in a country music legacy (Dad/BCCMA Hall-of-Famer Kenny Hess) but her sound is all her own. With classic influences and an eclectic, fresh approach, Becca’s compelling performances and big rich voice captivate listeners. Her soulful songwriting radiates throughout her sophomore album “Truth”, which was recorded under the production guidance of Tom and Carly McKillip (CCMA Producer of the Year) and bolstered by two years working with Nashville producer Byron Hill.

The lead out single “Stranded” debuted on SiriusXM Country and garnered 4 BC Country Music Award Nominations including Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year and won her the title of Industry Person of the Year. Her follow up single, “Sleeping Around” was added out of the gate to SiriusXM Country and became a fan favourite on Spotify playlists.

Becca’s spring single “It Ain’t Love Yet” features her signature sultry vocals over a dreamy, hand-out-the-window groove making it the perfect kickoff to warmer weather.  Becca released a Lyric Video to accompany her new single, which features a variety of young couples stealing glances and sharing intimate moments. “We wanted the video for this song to emulate the feeling of this record, those early butterfly moments, and we found so many beautiful couples to help tell our story.”

The third single from Becca Hess’s sophomore album called Truth, “It Ain’t Love Yet” is a more laid back song for Becca vocally, but is just as powerful as her usual dynamic range “This song has such a great groove, I instantly gravitated towards it” states Becca. “.. it is a different perspective on falling in love. I am such a hopeless romantic in so many ways, but also am a very guarded person so I connected to this story of feeling all the feels without being ready to call it love yet. Brian, Chancie, Adam and Phil (writers White, Neal, Argyle and Barton) wrote such a cool story with this one and the McKillip dreamteam absolutely knocked it out.”

Written by Nashville hitmakers Phil Barton (Lee Brice, Sara Evans), Brian Gene White (Jason Aldean, Rodney Atkins), Chancie Neal (Luke Bryan) and UK pop smash songwriter Adam Argyle (Dua Lipa, James Arthur), “It Ain’t Love Yet” pulls you in with its laid back groove and is sure land on your summer playlist.

It Ain’t Love Yet is available April 18th on all purchase and streaming platforms, and available to Canadian radio.
